"MY FAMILY ARE THE CENTRE OF MY WORLD."
I met Stephanie years ago through work. She is one of those people you’re instantly drawn to because of her bright, bubbly personality, not to mention her fab sense of humour.
Stephanie works full time in a stressful client servicing role, definitely not your average 9-5pm job. She is thankful that her partner of 13 years is able to stay at home looking after her three girls, aged 11, 8 & 2.
“The girls are so important to me, even more so because I was told I would never have children. I was elated when I fell pregnant; I rubbed my tummy every day with joy. When I held her for the first time and I looked into her eyes it was as if she had reached into my heart.”
Life is very hectic and fun with the three girls. “Even after a busy day at work, I love rushing home to see them, to hear about their day, read them stories, have some cuddles and some fun. I love being with them. One of my favourite shared times is watching kids movies together, and seeing the expressions on their faces when something funny happens."
Stephanie loves to sing (in private), dance and bake. She also coaches her 8 year old daughter’s netball team.
We asked Stephanie, if she could choose three people to have dinner with, who would they be? She loved this question. “My Mum (who passed away four years ago), my best friend Beckie and long time friend Sue. What a night it would be! There would be cheeky conversation, stories and laughter until your cheeks hurt. These three gorgeous women mean so much to me. They enrich my life without having to do anything other than being themselves. I love them all so much.”
SO WHY THE MAKEOVER?
“Before children I was a real gym and sports person so had an amazing figure and I felt good in everything. I want help to feel that way again but without having to spend hours at the gym (which I just don’t have the time for or the money). I don’t wear makeup unless for a special occasion and I never have, so I have no idea how to put it on!”
