Q. Am I obliged to buy items that are recommended to me?
Q. If I buy clothing or accessories online via My Stylist, am I paying extra, i.e. a commission?
A. No :)
Q. What if I put on weight or my body shape changes?
To ensure you are always sent the right recommendations, it is up to you to keep your ‘profile’ up-to-date. This is easy to do and free. Simply log on and update your details.
Q. What if I buy one of your recommendations and it doesn’t suit me?
A. Our recommendations are just that, recommendations. It is up to you to ensure that the garments or accessories do in fact suit you.
And of course, you are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and also the terms of trade with the retailer you purchased from. In many cases, as long as the item is in original condition with price tags still on and you have your sales receipt, you can exchange the item or get a refund or credit. Excludes items on sale. Online stores have great returns policies.
Q. Can I stop 'My Stylist' service at any time?
A. Yes. From the time you stop payment, the service would stop once the payment cycle had ended.
Q. Can I upload the recommendations to my mobile to take shopping with me?
A. If you receive emails on your mobile, then you will have access to it that way. If not, then no, not to begin with.
- My Stylist will be available to fully paid subscribers of the service. Payment will automatically roll over until you cancel the service/payment. Payment cancellation means the service will discontinue at the end of the payment period.
- Styling advice and recommendations made under My Stylist are recommendations only. It is up to the subscriber/user to determine suitability of recommended items before any purchase.
- Standard purchasing terms, conditions and returns policies apply with each retail brand.
- Gorgeous Me does not add a sales commission to items it recommends.
